AIM: Liver damage frequently occurs in patients with cardiovascular (CV) disease and is associated with adverse clinical outcomes. The associations of liver damage with cardiac structure/function measures and the risk of adverse CV events in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) are poorly known. METHODS: We retrospectively enrolled consecutive patients with DCM undergoing cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In addition to standard cardiac assessment, iron-corrected T1 mapping was also assessed in the liver. Cross-sectional associations between hepatic T1-time and cardiac structure and function were examined accounting for potential confounders. Longitudinal associations between hepatic T1-time and the risk of hospitalization for HF or CV death were also assessed. RESULTS: Overall, 120 stable patients with established DCM were included in the study (mean age 54.7 years, 26 % women). The mean hepatic iron-corrected T1-time was 563±73 ms. In linear regression analyses, measures of left atrial structure (LA maximal volume, p = 0.035, LA minimal volume=0.012), interventricular septum thickness (p = 0.026), and right ventricular ejection fraction (p = 0.005) were significantly associated with greater hepatic T1-time. Over a mean follow-up of 4.5 ± 1.8 years, 32 (27 %) died or were hospitalized for HF at a rate of 6.7 per 100 person-year. Higher hepatic iron-corrected T1-time was independently associated with a higher risk of adverse events (adjusted-hazard ratio 1.71, 95 % confidence interval: 1.14-2.56, p = 0.009). Patients with a hepatic T1-time ≥563 ms had a higher risk of CV events (log-rank p = 0.03). CONCLUSION: Among stable patients with DCM, higher hepatic iron-corrected T1-time is associated with worse cardiac size and function and with higher rates of hospitalization for HF or CV death. CONDENSED ABSTRACT: Limited data exist regarding the clinical value of hepatic T1-time in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) undergoing cardiac Magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI). We found that higher hepatic iron-corrected T1-time is associated with worse cardiac size and function, even after accounting for clinical confounders. Over a mean follow-up of 4.5 ± 1.8 years, higher hepatic iron-corrected T1-time was independently associated with a higher risk of hospitalization for heart failure or cardiovascular death. Among stable patients with DCM, the evaluation of liver tissue by cardiac MRI may provide useful clinical information for CV risk stratification.

BACKGROUND: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is highly prevalent in children and adolescents, particularly those with obesity. NAFLD is considered a hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome due to its close associations with abdominal obesity, insulin resistance, and atherogenic dyslipidemia. Experts have proposed an alternative terminology, metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), to better reflect its pathophysiology. This study aimed to develop consensus statements and recommendations for pediatric MAFLD through collaboration among international experts. METHODS: A group of 65 experts from 35 countries and six continents, including pediatricians, hepatologists, and endocrinologists, participated in a consensus development process. The process encompassed various aspects of pediatric MAFLD, including epidemiology, mechanisms, screening, and management. FINDINGS: In round 1, we received 65 surveys from 35 countries and analyzed these results, which informed us that 73.3% of respondents agreed with 20 draft statements while 23.8% agreed somewhat. The mean percentage of agreement or somewhat agreement increased to 80.85% and 15.75%, respectively, in round 2. The final statements covered a wide range of topics related to epidemiology, pathophysiology, and strategies for screening and managing pediatric MAFLD. CONCLUSIONS: The consensus statements and recommendations developed by an international expert panel serve to optimize clinical outcomes and improve the quality of life for children and adolescents with MAFLD. These findings emphasize the need for standardized approaches in diagnosing and treating pediatric MAFLD. BACKGROUND: Recent observational studies examining the association between Helicobacter pylori infection and the risk of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) have reported conflicting results. We performed a meta-analysis to quantify the magnitude of the association between H. pylori infection and the risk of MASLD. METHODS: We systematically searched three large electronic databases to identify eligible observational studies (published up to 30 November 2023) in which liver biopsy, imaging methods or blood-based biomarkers/scores were used for diagnosing MASLD. Data from selected studies were extracted, and meta-analysis was performed using common and random-effects modelling. Statistical heterogeneity among published studies, subgroup analyses, meta-regression analyses and publication bias were assessed. RESULTS: A total of 28 observational studies (24 cross-sectional and 4 longitudinal studies) were identified, including 231 291 middle-aged individuals of predominantly Asian ethnicity (~95%). Meta-analysis of cross-sectional studies showed that H. pylori infection was significantly associated with a small increase in the risk of prevalent MASLD (n = 24 studies; random-effects odds ratio 1.11, 95% CI 1.05-1.18; I2 = 63%). Meta-analysis of data from longitudinal studies showed that H. pylori infection was significantly associated with an increased risk of developing incident MASLD over a mean 5-year follow-up (n = 4 studies; random-effects odds ratio 1.20, 95%CI 1.08-1.33; I2 = 44%). Sensitivity analyses did not modify these results. The funnel plot did not reveal any significant publication bias. CONCLUSIONS: H. pylori infection is associated with a mildly increased risk of prevalent and incident MASLD. Further well-designed prospective and mechanistic studies are required to better decipher the complex link between H. pylori infection and the risk of MASLD.

The rising prevalence of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) poses a significant global health challenge, affecting over 30% of adults worldwide. MASLD is linked to increased mortality rates and substantial healthcare costs, primarily driven by its progression to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), which can lead to severe liver complications including cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Despite its growing burden, effective pharmacotherapy for MASLD/MASH has been lacking until the recent conditional approval of resmetirom by the FDA. Resmetirom, a liver-targeted thyroid hormone receptor-ß selective drug, has shown promise in clinical trials for treating non-cirrhotic MASH with moderate to advanced fibrosis. It has demonstrated efficacy in reducing hepatic fat content, improving liver histology (both MASH resolution and fibrosis improvement), and ameliorating biomarkers of liver damage without significant effects on body weight or glucose metabolism. Notably, resmetirom also exhibits favourable effects on circulating lipids, potentially reducing cardiovascular risk in MASLD/MASH patients. The safety profile of resmetirom appears acceptable, with gastrointestinal adverse events being the most common, though generally mild or moderate. However, long-term surveillance is warranted to monitor for potential risks related to thyroid, gonadal, or bone diseases. Clinical implementation of resmetirom faces challenges in patient selection and monitoring treatment response, and will heavily rely on non-invasive tests for liver fibrosis assessment. Nonetheless, resmetirom represents a landmark breakthrough in MASLD/MASH treatment, paving the way for future therapeutic strategies aiming to mitigate the multifaceted risks associated with this complex metabolic liver disease.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is one of the most common chronic liver diseases worldwide. In recent years, a new terminology and definition of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) has been proposed. Compared to the NAFLD definition, MAFLD better emphasizes the pathogenic role of metabolic dysfunction in the development and progression of this highly prevalent condition. Metabolic disorders, including overweight/obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), atherogenic dyslipidemia and hypertension, are often associated with systemic organ dysfunctions, thereby suggesting that multiple organ damage can occur in MAFLD. Substantial epidemiological evidence indicates that MAFLD is not only associated with an increased risk of liver-related complications, but also increases the risk of developing several extra-hepatic diseases, including new-onset T2DM, adverse cardiovascular and renal outcomes, and some common endocrine diseases. We have summarized the current literature on the adverse effect of MAFLD on the development of multiple extrahepatic (cardiometabolic and endocrine) complications and examined the role of different metabolic pathways and organ systems in the progression of MAFLD, thus providing new insights into the role of MAFLD as a multisystem metabolic disorder. Our narrative review aimed to provide insights into potential mechanisms underlying the known associations between MAFLD and extrahepatic diseases, as part of MAFLD as a multisystem disease, in order to help focus areas for future drug development targeting not only liver disease but also the risk of extrahepatic complications.

BACKGROUND: Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) is an emerging risk factor for chronic kidney disease (CKD). N-terminal propeptide of collagen type 3 (PRO-C3) is a biomarker of advanced fibrosis in MAFLD and PRO-C3 may be involved in renal fibrosis. We aimed to use PRO-C3 measurements to generate a new algorithmic score to test the prediction of MAFLD with chronic kidney disease (MAFLD-CKD). METHODS: A derivation and independent validation cohort of 750 and 129 Asian patients with biopsy-confirmed MAFLD were included. Serum PRO-C3 concentration was measured and regression analyses were performed to examine associations with MAFLD-CKD. A derivative algorithm for MAFLD-CKD risk prediction was evaluated with receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. RESULTS: The study included two Asian cohorts (n = 180 with MAFLD-CKD; mean-eGFR: 94.93 mL/min/1.73 m2; median-urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio: 6.58 mg/mmol). PRO-C3 was associated with the severity of MAFLD-CKD and independently associated with MAFLD-CKD (adjusted odds ratio = 1.16, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.08-1.23, p < .001). A new non-invasive score (termed PERIOD) including PRO-C3 efficiently predicted MAFLD-CKD (AUROC = .842, 95% CI: .805-.875). Accuracy, specificity and negative predictive values were 80.2%, 85.1% and 88.4%, respectively. In the validation cohort, the PERIOD score had good diagnostic performance (AUROC = .807, 95% CI: .691-.893) with similar results in all patient subgroups. In the MAFLD-CKD subgroup, the accuracy for identifying advanced fibrosis was further improved by combining the PRO-C3-based ADAPT with the Agile 3+ scores (AUROC = .90, 95% CI: .836-.964). CONCLUSIONS: The PERIOD score is helpful for accurately predicting the risk of MAFLD-CKD. PRO-C3 can also be used to assess liver fibrosis in people with MAFLD-CKD.

RESUMEN

Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) has emerged as the most common chronic liver disease globally, affecting more than a third of the world's adult population. This comprehensive narrative review summarizes the global incidence and prevalence rates of MASLD and its related adverse hepatic and extrahepatic outcomes. We also discuss the substantial economic burden of MASLD on healthcare systems, thus further highlighting the urgent need for global efforts to tackle this common and burdensome liver condition. We emphasize the clinical relevance of early interventions and a holistic approach that includes public health strategies to reduce the global impact of MASLD.

PURPOSE OF THE REVIEW: To summarize published data on the association between glucocorticoids and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), focusing on the possible pathophysiological links and related treatment considerations. RECENT FINDINGS: Glucocorticoids, commonly used for managing many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, may contribute to the development and progression of MASLD. Glucocorticoids may induce hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia, thus increasing systemic and hepatic insulin resistance, a hallmark of MASLD pathogenesis. Furthermore, glucocorticoids increase adipose tissue lipolysis, and hepatic de novo lipogenesis and decrease hepatic fatty acid ß-oxidation, thus promoting MASLD development. Preclinical evidence also suggests that glucocorticoids may adversely affect hepatic inflammation and fibrosis. 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (11ß-HSD1) and 5α-reductase are implicated in the link between glucocorticoids and MASLD, the former enzyme increasing and the latter reducing the glucocorticoid action on the liver. Treatment considerations exist due to the pathogenic link between glucocorticoids and MASLD. Since iatrogenic hypercortisolism is common, glucocorticoids should be used at the minimum daily dose to control the subjective disease. Furthermore, the pharmacologic inhibition of 11ß-HSD1 has provided favorable results in MASLD, both in preclinical studies and early MASH clinical trials. Glucocorticoids are closely linked to MASLD pathophysiology, with specific clinical and therapeutic implications.

BACKGROUND: Systemic chronic inflammation plays a role in the pathophysiology of both heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease. This study aimed to investigate whether serum hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein) levels were associated with the future risk of heart failure (HF) hospitalization in patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease and a normal left ventricular ejection fraction. METHODS AND RESULTS: The study enrolled consecutive individuals with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease and normal left ventricular ejection fraction who underwent coronary angiography for suspected coronary heart disease. The study population was subdivided into non-HF, pre-HFpEF, and HFpEF groups at baseline. The study outcome was time to the first hospitalization for HF. In 10 019 middle-aged individuals (mean age, 63.3±10.6 years; 38.5% women), the prevalence rates of HFpEF and pre-HFpEF were 34.2% and 34.5%, with a median serum hs-CRP level of 4.5 mg/L (interquartile range, 1.9-10 mg/L) and 5.0 mg/L (interquartile range, 2.1-10.1 mg/L), respectively. Serum hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in the pre-HFpEF and HFpEF groups than in the non-HF group. HF hospitalizations occurred in 1942 (19.4%) patients over a median of 3.2 years, with rates of 3.7% in non-HF, 20.8% in pre-HFpEF, and 32.1% in HFpEF, respectively. Cox regression analyses showed that patients in the highest hs-CRP quartile had a ≈4.5-fold increased risk of being hospitalized for HF compared with those in the lowest hs-CRP quartile (adjusted-hazard ratio, 4.42 [95% CI, 3.72-5.25]). CONCLUSIONS: There was a high prevalence of baseline pre-HFpEF and HFpEF in patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease and suspected coronary heart disease. There was an increased risk of HF hospitalization in those with elevated hs-CRP levels.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has rapidly become the most common chronic liver disease globally and is currently estimated to affect up to 38% of the global adult population. NAFLD is a multisystem disease where systemic insulin resistance and related metabolic dysfunction play a pathogenic role in the development of NAFLD and its most relevant liver-related morbidities (cirrhosis, liver failure and hepatocellular carcinoma) and extrahepatic complications, such as cardiovascular disease (CVD), type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, and certain types of extrahepatic cancers. In 2023, three large multinational liver associations proposed that metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) should replace the term NAFLD; the name chosen to replace non-alcoholic steatohepatitis was metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). Emerging epidemiological evidence suggests an excellent concordance rate between NAFLD and MASLD definitions-that is, ~99% of individuals with NAFLD meet MASLD criteria. In this narrative review, we provide an overview of the literature on (a) the recent epidemiological data on MASLD and the risk of developing CVD and malignant complications, (b) the underlying mechanisms by which MASLD (and factors strongly linked with MASLD) may increase the risk of these extrahepatic complications and (c) the diagnosis and assessment of CVD risk and potential treatments to reduce CVD risk in people with MASLD or MASH.

This narrative review aims to illustrate the notion that nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), recently renamed metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), is a systemic metabolic disorder featuring both adverse hepatic and extrahepatic outcomes. In recent years, several NASH trials have failed to identify effective pharmacological treatments and, therefore, lifestyle changes are the cornerstone of therapy for NASH. with this context, we analyze the epidemiological burden of NASH and the possible pathogenetic factors involved. These include genetic factors, insulin resistance, lipotoxicity, immuno-thrombosis, oxidative stress, reprogramming of hepatic metabolism, and hypoxia, all of which eventually culminate in low-grade chronic inflammation and increased risk of fibrosis progression. The possible explanations underlying the failure of NASH trials are also accurately examined. We conclude that the high heterogeneity of NASH, resulting from variable genetic backgrounds, exposure, and responses to different metabolic stresses, susceptibility to hepatocyte lipotoxicity, and differences in repair-response, calls for personalized medicine approaches involving research on noninvasive biomarkers. Future NASH trials should aim at achieving a complete assessment of systemic determinants, modifiers, and correlates of NASH, thus adopting a more holistic and unbiased approach, notably including cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic outcomes, without restricting therapeutic perspectives to histological surrogates of liver-related outcomes alone.

AIM: We examined whether metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) with or without significant fibrosis (assessed by validated non-invasive biomarkers) was associated with an increased risk of prevalent chronic kidney disease (CKD) or diabetic retinopathy in people with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). METHODS: We performed a retrospective multicenter cross-sectional study involving 1,409 adult outpatients with T1DM, in whom hepatic steatosis index (HSI) and fibrosis (FIB)-4 index were calculated for non-invasively detecting hepatic steatosis (defined by HSI > 36), with or without coexisting significant fibrosis (FIB-4 index ≥ 1.3 or < 1.3). CKD was defined as an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 or urine albumin/creatinine ratio ≥ 3.0 mg/mmol. The presence of diabetic retinopathy was also recorded in all participants. RESULTS: Patients with MASLD and significant fibrosis (n = 93) had a remarkably higher prevalence of CKD and diabetic retinopathy than their counterparts with MASLD without fibrosis (n = 578) and those without steatosis (n = 738). After adjustment for sex, diabetes duration, hemoglobin A1c, hypertension, and use of antihypertensive or lipid-lowering medications, patients with SLD and significant fibrosis had a higher risk of prevalent CKD (adjusted-odds ratio 1.76, 95 % confidence interval 1.05-2.96) than those without steatosis. Patients with MASLD without fibrosis had a higher risk of prevalent retinopathy (adjusted-odds ratio 1.49, 95 % CI 1.13-1.46) than those without steatosis. CONCLUSION: This is the largest cross-sectional study showing that MASLD with and without coexisting significant fibrosis was associated, independently of potential confounders, with an increased risk of prevalent CKD and retinopathy in adults with T1DM.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are at high risk of hepatic fibrosis. To prospectively evaluate changes in fibrosis in diabetic patients with NAFLD, predisposing factors and sodium glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) influence. METHODS: 237 T2DM outpatients (mean age 67 ± 9 years, 54% male) were enrolled and re-evaluated after 52 ± 10 months. At baseline and follow-up NAFLD and liver fibrosis (LSM) were detected by ultrasonography and Fibroscan®. RESULTS: During follow-up an increase in LSM (6.0 ± 2.8 vs 5.8 ± 2.7 kPa, p = 0.02) and in the prescription of SGLT2i (20% vs 6%, p<0.001) was registered, despite stability of diabetic control. LSM worsened in 133(56%) subjects, 92 (39%) with worsening >10% from baseline. Patients with worsening versus non worsening of LSM had higher prevalence of increase in BMI during follow-up (45% vs 32%, p = 0.06) and lower SGLT2i prescription (15% vs 27%, p = 0.034). In multivariate analysis use of SGLT2-inhibitors at follow-up reduced the risk of LSM worsening (HR 0.34, 95% CI 0.13-0.88), even when considered>10% from baseline. CONCLUSIONS: A high prevalence of fibrosis progression was observed in diabetic subjects with NAFLD over a nearly 5-years follow up and SGLT2-inhibitors seem to reduce the risk of worsening of liver stiffness.

OBJECTIVE: Activation of farnesoid X receptor (FXR), a bile acid nuclear receptor, may be implicated in the pathophysiology of diabetic nephropathy. We explored a possible role for FXR activation in preventing renal fibrosis in high fat diet (HFD)-fed mice. METHODS: We investigated the effects of HFD on mouse kidney and renal tubular epithelial cells both in vivo and in vitro, and observed the changes of FXR and ß-catenin pathway. FXR agonist was also used to alleviate this HFD-induced effect, and the interaction between FXR and ß-catenin was further verified. RESULTS: Mice were fed by a 60% kcal fat diet for 20 weeks developed the typical traits of metabolic syndrome with subsequent renal lipid accumulation and renal injury. Treatment with the FXR agonist CDCA or GW4064 decreased body weight, renal lipid accumulation, as well as renal injury. Moreover, renal ß-catenin signaling was activated and improved with FXR-agonist treatment in HFD-fed mice. To examine whether FXR affected ß-catenin signaling, and was involved in tubulo-interstitial fibrosis, we explored the FXR expression and function in ox-LDL induced-renal tubular injury. In rat proximal tubular epithelial cells (NRK-52E) stimulated by ox-LDL, FXR protein was decreased compared to control group, and phosphorylated (Ser675) ß-catenin was activated by ox-LDL in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Ox-LDL enhanced α-SMA and fibronectin expressions and reduced E-cadherin levels, whereas FXR agonism or FXR overexpression inhibited fibronectin and α-SMA expressions and restored E-cadherin. Moreover, FXR agonist treatment also decreased phosphorylated (Ser675) ß-catenin, nuclear translocation and ß-catenin-mediated transcription induced by ox-LDL in NRK-52E cells. We showed that FXR could bind with ß-catenin via the AF1 domain, and disrupt the assembly of the core ß-catenin/TCF4 complex. CONCLUSION: These experimental data suggest that FXR activation, via modulating ß-catenin signaling, may contribute to attenuating the development of lipid-mediated tubulo-interstitial fibrosis.

Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) has reached epidemic proportions worldwide and is the most frequent cause of chronic liver disease in developed countries. Within the spectrum of liver disease in MAFLD, steatohepatitis is a progressive form of liver disease and hepatocyte ballooning (HB) is a cardinal pathological feature of steatohepatitis. The accurate and reproducible diagnosis of HB is therefore critical for the early detection and treatment of steatohepatitis. Currently, a diagnosis of HB relies on pathological examination by expert pathologists, which may be a time-consuming and subjective process. Hence, there has been interest in developing automated methods for diagnosing HB. This narrative review briefly discusses the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology for diagnosing fatty liver disease pathology over the last 30 years and provides an overview of the current research status of AI algorithms for the identification of HB, including published articles on traditional machine learning algorithms and deep learning algorithms. This narrative review also provides a summary of object detection algorithms, including the principles, historical developments, and applications in the medical image analysis. The potential benefits of object detection algorithms for HB diagnosis (specifically those combined with a transformer architecture) are discussed, along with the future directions of object detection algorithms in HB diagnosis and the potential applications of generative AI on transformer architecture in this field. In conclusion, object detection algorithms have huge potential for the identification of HB and could make the diagnosis of MAFLD more accurate and efficient in the near future.

AIMS: Currently, there is little and inconsistent evidence regarding the possible adverse effects of circulating levels of non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA) on kidney function decline in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). METHODS: We followed for a median of 4.6 years 85 post-menopausal women with non-insulin-treated T2DM and preserved kidney function at baseline. Serum NEFA concentrations were measured using an enzymatic colorimetric method. Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was estimated using the Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration (CKD-EPI) equation. RESULTS: Enrolled patients had a baseline mean eGFRCKD-EPI of 83 ± 12 mL/min/1.73 m2 and a median serum NEFA concentration of 662 uEq/L (interquartile range 524-842 uEq/L). During the follow-up period, 13 patients developed kidney function decline at follow-up (defined as an eGFRCKD-EPI decline ≥ 30% from baseline). In Cox proportional hazards regression analyses, higher serum NEFA levels were significantly associated with an increased risk of developing kidney function decline (adjusted-hazard ratio 3.67, 95% CI 1.64-8.22, p < 0.001; for each 1-SD increment, i.e., 262 uEq/L), even after adjustment for waist circumference, hemoglobin A1c, C-reactive protein, HOMA-estimated insulin resistance, hypertension, dyslipidemia, microalbuminuria, baseline eGFRCKD-EPI, as well as temporal changes in HbA1c levels or the use of renin-angiotensin system inhibitors over the follow-up. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of this exploratory prospective study show that in post-menopausal women with T2DM and preserved kidney function at baseline, higher circulating levels of NEFA were strongly associated with a faster kidney function decline, even after adjustment for established renal risk factors and potential confounders.
